Dr. Blum joins Baptist Medical Associates Leesgate

Jacob Blum, MD, family medicine, has joined Baptist Medical Associates’ office located at 9115 Leesgate Road. He is a 1982 graduate of the Memorial University of Newfoundland Medical School in St. John’s, Canada. He completed his family medicine residency at the University of Toronto at Sunnybrook Hospital in 1984. He graduated from the preventative medicine program at the Medical College of Wisconsin in 1998.
